HiddenBCC For Outlook [32|64bit]

The main aim of HiddenBCC is to give the user the highest degree of control over the outgoing mail messages. Most applications that add BCC recipients to messages use the mail client itself. To give you a better impression of HiddenBCC for Outlook Crack Mac (VS hide BCC), here’s a short video: More information on what HiddenBCC does: Why do I need it? With HiddenBCC it’s becoming more and more important to have a clear, documented and configured process for all outgoing messages, in order to comply with various regulations. In addition, if the sender of a message is often missing when it comes to doing that, it will hinder any attempt to find him/her. Here’s an example: You want to send an e-mail to a company saying that your new product is ready. If you want to contact the person to whom you will be sending the e-mail, you send him an e-mail ————————————————————————————— What are you going to do? You will add his e-mail to the „To“ field of your e-mail. After clicking the „Send“ button, your e-mail will be sent out. You think the project is ready. But to be on the safe side you will have a look into the mail that will be sent out: You are not going to check the „To“ field and just send it out. ————————————————————————————— What’s going on? When your e-mail is sent out, it is automatically sent to the „To“, „CC“ (along with the „BCC“) and „Message-ID“ addresses. That’s what you have done when you clicked the „Send“ button! If you don’t want to add the recipient to the „To“ field, you have to open the „Message-ID“ field and add him there. This is the reason why you don’t want to just copy and paste this user’s e-mail address into the „To“ field of your e-mail: If a message is to be sent to a large number of recipients, you can add them all, one by one, directly into the „To“, „CC“ and/or “ 91bb86ccfa

Or you can enter the recipient’s e-mail address manually. The address can be local or Internet and the address can be forwarder (For example to catch-all addresses, or to the user’s e-mail address) or the address can be from the list of predefined forwards. What’s New in the HiddenBCC For Outlook?

HiddenBCC allows you to have a predefined recipient BCC every message you send out using Outlook. With HiddenBCC, you can guarantee that every message is sent to a predefined recipient. First select a Predefined recipient of your choice, so this recipient will get every message you send out and any message he/she replies on will be automatically sent to the previous one. Next, select your default procedure: – Default: Always add recipient to outgoing messages – MsgOn: Always add recipient to outgoing messages – MsgOff: Never add recipient to outgoing messages – Never: Never add recipient to outgoing messages When you are done with it, you simply go to Tools/Options/Recipients/BCC and define your HiddenBCC recipient with any text you like. When you reply on a message, you will receive the message twice, and each mail will be sent to your predefined recipient. At the bottom you will notice the status of HiddenBCC, e.g. Enabled, Disabled or Stopped. After a while, you start missing your old BCC recipient, because the entered recipient is much better than the predefined recipient you used. You can re-enable HiddenBCC by selecting Tools/Options/Recipients/BCC and simply click on the Enabled checkbox. If you would like to check the status, HiddenBCC for Outlook will show a popup window. NOTE: When you enter the first recipient address, HiddenBCC will automatically add your new BCC recipient to the original sender’s address and will also allow you to add users to the BCC recipients list. All the newly added BCC recipients will be automatically added to the BCC recipients list under Tools/Options/Recipients/BCC. It is entirely possible that you get double mail with every new recipient address entered by you. A message will only get added to the BCC recipients list when one of the following conditions is met: – A specific addressee is not set to be added to the BCC recipients list (e.g. a specific recipient is not set to BCC you by name) – A specific recipient addresses is entered Please note that you should set the BCC addresses using Tools/Options/Recipients/BCC, not as a BCC addresses option in the To field. The BCC addresses option in the To field will only add the user to the BCC recipient list, and nothing more. For example, if you set the BCC address as:
